100% advanced payment is required. No cancellation. Any cancellation or amendment received within 3 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Any cancellation or amendment received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge.
No show, 100 percent of total amount will be charged. There is no refund for any early check out or shorten of stay.
If the cancellation results in a refund of payment, a handling fee will be changed at least equivalent to 5% of the amount to be refunded.
